Salary: £18,720 per annum starting Salary
Hours of Work: 40 Per week inclusive of lunch, to be worked flexibly, including occasional weekend cover.
Job Purpose: To undertake the role of Trainee Social Care Coordinator, the post holder will be expected to develop and implement a wide range of skills to become an effective and efficient assistant to provide support across three distinct compliance areas of Care Coordination, Electronic Call Monitoring and Review. Providing support to these compliance areas you will support HCL to increase efficiencies, drive up standards and quality of service provided to customers across all departments, learning about how each area operates and complies with CQC regulation. This role is a varied role which will give the post holder a broad overview of compliance areas and management within the business and forms part of HCL’s succession planning strategy.
Essential Qualifications: Minimum of a Level 2 in social care & willingness to work towards a level 3.
